My name's Alex and I began studying UX Design at Falmouth University in September 2021. Over the last 10 years, I've gained a wide range of experience in the retail sector, as well as a 3-year stint in tech support.

Upon learning of the UX Design field I was overcome with joy and I feel as though I've subconsciously analysed user experiences my whole life! I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to study these closely at Master's level and will use this blog to record my weekly reflections throughout the course.
